Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act), Regulation and Code set minimum standards for health, safety and wellness in Alberta’s workplaces. Employers and workers need to know these rules. The 2024 OHS Code is available to view or download.
The OHS Code has been amended by Alberta Regulation 202/2024 in force as of December 4, 2024 and Alberta Regulation 210/2024 in force as of December 10, 2024.
