Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation and Code set minimum standards for health, safety and wellness in Alberta’s workplaces. Employers and workers need to know these rules. The companion, multi-part OHS Code Explanation Guide describes the OHS Code rules in plain language.

The OHS Code Explanation Guide remains to be a helpful explanatory resource for informational purposes, containing detailed explanations and diagrams.
