If an act or portion of an act comes into force on proclamation, the Lieutenant Governor makes an order to proclaim, which is posted in Orders in Council. After proclamations are signed as an Order in Council, they are published in Part 1 of The Alberta Gazette.

- Financial Statutes Amendment Act, 2022 (SA 2022 c4). Section 9 proclaimed in force on July 1, 2023. Amends the Tourism Levy Act (RSA 2000 cT-5.5).

- Red Tape Reduction Statutes Amendment Act, 2023 (SA 2023 c5). Sections 2 and 9 proclaimed in force on June 1, 2024. Amends the Civil Enforcement Act (RSA 2000 cC-15) and the Personal Property Security Act (RSA 2000 cP-7).
