Watercourse Crossing Inspection Standard

The department developed an inspection standard for watercourse crossings in Alberta. The protocol will be used for field inspections relating to Public Lands Act dispositions starting in 2012.

This protocol provides disposition holders with assurance and consistency regarding a common standard for fish passage and erosion assessment among all regulators with jurisdiction over watercourse crossings in Alberta.
