Explosives safety worker training

Qualify to apply for a blaster’s certificate by completing one of these government-approved courses.

Important to know

Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Code requires that a worker who handles, prepares, loads, fires, burns or destroys an explosive or detonator must hold a valid blaster’s certificate.
