Complaints about the criminal justice process

If you feel you were not treated fairly during the criminal justice process, you can send a complaint to any of the organizations involved.

Overview

For complaints about a specific organization, follow the steps below for filing complaints with provincial and federal services.

Victims of crime

If you're a victim of crime, you also have the right to file a complaint about:

  • a victim services unit
  • the Financial Benefits program
