Send your forms and other documents directly and securely through the MEP Portal by choosing ‘Forms’ and/or ‘Submit documents’.
- Processing is faster than email, mail or fax.
- You will receive confirmation of delivery.
- The Child Status, Direct Deposit and Authorized Bank Withdrawal forms can be completed online instead of using printable versions.
