Get file information

Learn more about accessing file information through MEP Accounts Online and the MEP Info Line.

Log in to MEP Accounts Online

After logging into MEP Accounts Online, look on the left side of the screen:

  • click on 'Request Call Back', or
  • click on 'Send Email' – we try to answer all questions within 30 calendar days

First time access

Go to MEP – First-time account access for instructions about logging in for the first time or getting a new or replacement PIN.

MEP info line

  • Phone 780-422-5555 (toll free 310-0000 before the phone number in Alberta).
  • Clients can log in with file number and PIN for file information 24/7.

Send information

Include your MEP 7-digit file number on all documents sent to MEP.

Forms and other documents

Send your forms and other documents directly and securely by choosing ‘Submit documents’ within the MEP Portal.

  • Documents will be processed faster than those sent by email, mail or fax.
  • You will receive confirmation of delivery.
