Use MEP Accounts Online or call our automated phone system for routine things like:
- getting your file information, or
- contacting your case officer

- logging in for the first time
- getting a new or replacement PIN

- Log in with your file number and PIN.
Call-back from case officer or email
Log in to MEP Accounts Online and look on the left side of the screen:
- click on Request Call Back, or
- click on Send Email
- we try to answer all questions within 30 calendar days
