Electronic submissions
Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) encourages taxpayers to use electronic means (for example, Netfile, TRACS, secure email, electronic payment) to submit payments, registrations, applications, returns, claims, objections, waivers and appeals.
TRA accepts electronic signatures. This administrative measure applies to all prescribed forms administered by TRA. To add a digital signature, the form must first be downloaded or opened as a PDF.

Objections requests
Submit by email to [email protected].
A Notice of Objection can be submitted electronically in TRACS using Submit a Notice of Objection. This function is available for all programs.
Waiver of penalties and interest requests
Submit by email to [email protected].
A Request for a Waiver of Penalties and Interest can be submitted electronically in TRACS by clicking on Waiver Request – Penalties & Interest under the Account Actions tab. This function is available for all programs with a waiver provision.
TRA prescribed forms: electronic signatures allowed

Use Netfile to file both assessments and reassessments, including loss carry back applications.
