Overview
The Major Sport Event (MSE) Grant Program provides financial assistance to enhance the capacity of organizations in their pursuit of, planning for, and hosting of national and international and sport events. These activities are to support the social and economic well-being of Albertans and the host communities.
The MSE program part of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport. The Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation branch is responsible for administering this grant.
