Registration of Encumbrances facilitates the electronic registration of encumbrances, including, prompt payment and construction liens, certificate of Lis Pendens and security notices on Crown mineral agreements, as well as full/partial discharges of encumbrances, assignment of security interest and certified copies of encumbrances through the Electronic Transfer System (ETS).
