Introduction
Alberta Energy and Minerals, Forestry and Parks, Treasury Board and Finance and Environment and Protected Areas use ETS for secure access. Services of ETS are outlined in ETS support and online learning.

Apply for access
To apply for access see the Account (ETS) Administration section in ETS support and online learning. You will need to submit an ETS Account Set Up/ Change Form and Authorization letter to the department, see the contact information below. Note that the designated Primary Site Administrator or Backup Site Administrator cannot sign the Authorization letter unless they are the Owner/President of the company. Once the application has been processed, Crown Land Data will contact the Primary Site Administrator and the Backup Site Administrator (if applicable) via email to communicate the User ID and password.

A password is required for this system. The Primary Site Administrator and the Backup Site Administrator have a critical role, they are responsible for setting up access and managing the security for all their users on ETS, including passwords. Note – Crown Land Data is only authorized to work with the Primary Site Administrator or the Backup Site Administrator.
