The Municipal Grants Management Application (MGMA) provides access to information on the following grant programs:

You must create a user ID and password to access the Municipal Grants Management Application on the Transportation Extranet.
One to 5 days after registering, you will receive an email confirming that your registration is approved. It will contain links to activate your account and change/set up your password.
After you activate your account and create a password, you will receive another email requesting that you confirm activation of your account. You must complete this confirmation within one hour of activation.
After you have confirmed your account, visit the Transportation Extranet and enter your user ID and password.
After logging in you will see the Transportation Infrastructure Management System (TIMS) Application screen. Select the MGMA application option.
