LPRT – Land use planning

Annexations, subdivision and development and how to submit an appeal.

Introduction

Municipalities make bylaws and appoint planning authorities to govern land use planning within their boundaries, subject to principles established in Provincial legislation. The Tribunal holds hearings in the following cases to resolve land use planning disputes involving municipalities and/or their residents.
