Environmental Records Viewer
The Environmental Records Viewer uses a provincial map to display the location and details of applications and authorizations issued under the Water Act and Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA). You can also search for authorizations that match specific criteria and view the results in a detailed report.
The following applications and authorizations are available in the Environmental Records Viewer:
- Water Act surface water and groundwater licences, and preliminary certificates
- EPEA registrations related to pesticides and waste management facilities

The Authorization Viewer provides access to a variety of regulatory documents issued by Alberta’s government related to the Water Act and the EPEA, including:
- approvals
- registrations
- authorizations
- permits
- certificates (not including preliminary certificates)
