Our pancake mix is lovingly prepared by members of a Hutterite colony in Canada. The Hutterite story originates from Europe in the early 1500’s - specifically from the historical region of Tyrol (southern Austria & northern Italy).
Just add water or milk for beautiful, textured pancakes or waffles that are:
- Low in Saturated Fatty Acids
- A source of Fibre
- A source of Calcium
- Made from Whole Wheat
- Have no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
Ingredients include unbleached whole wheat flour, Monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate and salt.
Mixes are available in 600g bags, cases of 12 x 600g bags, and pallets of 90 cases.
