Overview
The Blue Book shows who is doing business with government and selected payments that have been made for supplies or services purchased by departments from the General Revenue Fund.
The items are listed by payee, with a reference to the department or office that made the payment.
This information is updated each quarter on a cumulative basis. The final reports are posted for the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31).

The most recent Blue Book was published on November 21, 2025, for 6 months ending September 30, 2025.
Note: effective May 16, 2025, the Lieutenant Governor in Council made the Establishment of Departments Order set out in the Appendix to Order in Council 147/2025, which authorized changes to several government departments. The Blue Book includes payments made by departments that existed from April 1 to September 30, 2025.
