Horror. Based on the story 'Who Goes There?' by John W. Campbell Jr. A research team (Kurt Russell, Wilford Brimley, Keith David, T.K. Carter, David Clennon, Richard Dysart, Donald Moffat, Richard Masur) in Antarctica find themselves fighting for survival when an alien shapeshifter begins hunting them down.
