Basic rules
Information about youth employment permits issued by Employment Standards after January 1, 2018 is made public. Information published includes:
- name of the permit holder
- effective date and duration of the permit

How the law applies
Section 136.1 of the Employment Standards Code and Section 63.2 of the Employment Standards Regulation outline the publication of permits.
