COVID-19 update

Provincewide restrictions on social gatherings do not apply to co-parenting arrangements, or service visits from family care givers, health care or child care providers. However, those visits must be limited to their intended purpose.

Licensed facility-based programs and licensed family day home agencies can operate as long as providers follow all public health orders and guidance for child care programs.

The online Child Care Claims Program (C3P) allows licensed child care programs and licensed family day home agencies to submit their monthly claim online for all subsidy and wage top-up funding.

Read the Online Child Care Claims System User Guide  (PDF, 798 KB) for more information about using the online claims system.

Read the Child Care Claims Processing System Tip Sheet (PDF, 867 KB) for an overview of the changes that have been made to the online claims portal when signing in as of March 1, 2021.
