Introduction

If you disagree with a decision the Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Trade makes about a licence for a child care program, you can request an Administrative Review or appeal the decision. 

To request an Administrative Review, fill out the Request for Administrative Review of a Statutory Director’s Decision form and speak to your local licensing officer. Information you share during the administrative review is confidential.
