Lac La Biche Forest Area - May 21, 2026

Low wildfire danger

The wildfire danger in the Lac La Biche Forest Area is now low. Cooler temperatures and recent rain and snow have helped reduce wildfire risk. Use caution with any outdoor activity that could spark a fire.  

Wildfire situation

Since January 1, 2026 there have been 42 wildfires in the Lac La Biche Forest Area.
