Alberta's International Offices (AIO) play a key role in supporting Alberta's International Strategy to:

  • increase market access for Alberta businesses
  • strengthen the province's reputation abroad
  • promote Alberta as a destination for international investment

Executive Council operates the AIO network that consists of offices in Canadian diplomatic posts abroad.
