Overview
The Long Term Disability Income Continuance (LTDI) Plan provides income replacement if you are unable to work because of an illness or injury. If you're a permanent employee that's eligible for government's group benefits package, you're automatically enrolled in the LTDI Plan the first day of the pay period after completing 3 consecutive months of service. Temporary employees are covered after one year of continuous service.
