Income Support – Active client responsibilities

Clients in the Income Support program need to maintain their files and update their records if there are any changes.

Overview

Maintaining your Income Support file means keeping your information up to date to ensure uninterrupted assistance. This includes reporting changes, updating progress on your action plan, submitting required documents and responding to requests from the program.

Your responsibilities

Keeping your file accurate ensures you continue receiving the support you need without delays or interruptions. If information is missing or outdated, payments could be delayed.

Submit required documents

Make sure to provide renewal forms, proof of expenses, and any additional paperwork requested on time. Use the document submission application.
