Introduction
Non-profits have identified challenges with navigating the Government of Alberta’s regulatory environment. Under the Freedom to Care Act, the government has responded by creating online tools to help non-profits find existing regulatory exemptions or apply for new ones.
Step 1.
Use our online search tool to find existing exemptions to regulations for your non-profit.
Step 2.
If the exemption you are seeking is not listed in the search tool, apply online for a new, one-time regulatory exemption.
