The general duties require regulatory bodies to ensure that their registration practices are transparent, objective, impartial and procedurally fair.

The specific duties that regulatory bodies must meet are ensuring information is available on any registration and internal review or appeal processes, qualifications are assessed fairly, make timely decisions, provide written responses, have an internal review or appeal processes, and have training for assessors and decision makers.
