The complaint filing deadline, is 60 days after the Notice of Assessment date and is stated on the assessment notice.
Overview
Completed complaint forms and fees (by cheque or money order, payable to the Government of Alberta) must be received in the Edmonton office of the Land and Property Rights Tribunal on or before the complaint filing deadline.
Form submission process

Completed complaint forms must be sent to [email protected]. Attach all documents to one email and send to the attention of the Designated Industrial Property Complaint Administrator.
The complaint form must be validated prior to submission. Macros must be enabled for the form to validate. Refer to the 'Instructions' and 'Lookup Values' tabs on the Excel document for information about how to complete the complaint form.
Fees
Fee payment must be made by cheque or money order, payable to the Government of Alberta.

Hearings are scheduled by the Land and Property Rights Tribunal. Parties will be notified of the dates and location.
