All RTDRS hearings are conducted by phone. Parties must ensure that the RTDRS has their most up-to-date telephone number. To provide your current number for an upcoming hearing, call 403-297-8550 and leave a message with your name, case number and phone number.

Emails are not received by RTDRS staff for up to 48 to 72 hours after the email has been sent. If your email is of an urgent nature fax us at 780-644-2266 or call us at 780-644-3000.
