The Regulatory Dialogue Portal was a way to share feedback on environmental regulatory processes and systems.

Overview

Environmental approval and licence holders were able to share insights and feedback on environmental regulatory processes and systems through a 6-month online regulatory dialogue portal pilot project. This was part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, accessibility and responsiveness as we work to make it easier for everyone to help shape the future of Alberta's environmental regulatory landscape.

Environmental approval and licence holders can use the following channels to submit inquiries or feedback:

  • Regulatory Approvals Unit (Contact Centre) – For assistance with applications, status checks and concerns.
  • Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS) – For portal assistance or follow-up on projects.
  • 310-LAND Hotline – For Crown land information and reporting incidents.
  • General outreach and program information – For information on Environment and Protected Areas programs and services.
  • Emergencies – Refer to the Environment and Protected Areas emergency contact listings for a 24-hour response line to report an energy or environmental emergency, incident or complaint.
