This directive describes the Workers' Compensation coverage for contract or fee-for-service Alberta Public Service employees.

This directive sets out the requirement for Workers' Compensation coverage for contract or fee-for-service employees.

Coverage requirement

To reduce the government's liability, departments must ensure that any firm or person hired on a services contract or fee for service has Workers' Compensation coverage.
