PPC statistical reports

There are different categories of statistical data reported by Protection for Persons in Care (PPC) including:

  • types of individuals involved by authority / region / setting
  • discontinued reviews of reports of abuse
  • reports of abuse referred for investigation
  • investigation outcomes of reports of abuse

PPC decision summaries

Decision summaries are reports of “founded” and “not founded” allegations of abuse and any directions issued by the PPC director to the service provider or the individual involved.

Decision summary reports

The decision summaries are broken into 4 areas of the province: Calgary, Edmonton, Communities A to L, and Communities M to Z.
