How to pay a Notice of Administrative Penalty.
An Albertan who received a Notice of Administrative Penalty issued in accordance with the Traffic Safety Act is required to pay all penalties by the due date identified on the letter.
If you received an administrative penalty for driver examiners, driver training schools and driving instructors, you are required to pay all penalties by cheque payable to the Government of Alberta, sending payment to:
Alberta Transportation, Driver Programs

Edmonton, Alberta T6B 2X3

If you received an administrative penalty from Carrier and Vehicle Safety, must contact the Carrier and Vehicle Safety Branch for payment. Details on the payment process and contact information are included in the Notice of the Administrative Penalty. Clients may also provide their payment at an Alberta Registry, with an additional fee for service.
