You have 6 months from the date your lawyer’s retainer agreement ends to have it reviewed.

You have 1 year from the date your lawyer’s fee was sent to you to have it reviewed.

This service costs $100.
Fees ineligible for review
We cannot review your:
- estate lawyer’s charges when you’re the beneficiary of the estate
- Legal Aid account
