Cultural Industry Grants

Support for organizations working in screen-based productions, book and magazine publishing, and sound recordings.

Alberta Media Fund changes

Recognizing the extraordinary business disruptions our cultural industry organizations are facing as a result of the pandemic, the Alberta Media Fund has opted to prioritize operational support to our cultural industries organizations, wherever possible. As such, we are working as quickly as possible on plans for distribution of 2021-22 operational funding for eligible organizations and, as a result will not be accepting applications to the Cultural Industries Organizational Operating stream at this time.  If you are a prior year's recipient of funding from the above grant stream further details on how to access funding through these grant streams for 2021-22 will be available soon.

Further information will be provided when it becomes available. If you have general questions or concerns, contact us at [email protected].
