Mallory Kristjanson was born and raised in Lethbridge and is a long-time community advocate. During COVID-19, Mallory has helped to connect financial donors to over 100 families in need, who then received donations of food and basic necessities.
She has also baked for essential workers including Blood Tribe Detox, the Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) Corrections, Streets Alive and Alpha House. In addition, Mallory continues to provide volunteer connections to the homeless population by creating hygiene kits and healthy food.
Mallory has helped to create a “unified city and has spent hundreds of hours volunteering her time,” according to her nominator.
