Description: Alberta Emergency Alert. The MD of Greenview has issued a Wildfire Alert.
Sturgeon Lake wildfire is impacting residents in this area. All residents in this area remain under a mandatory evacuation.
Area: Evacuation Order for all Greenview Residents North of Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, south of Township Road 722, between Highway 49 and Range Road 242. This also includes Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation.

- Sturgeon Lake 154A
Action to take:
- Everyone in this area should evacuate now
- Bring pets, important documents, medication and food, water and supplies to be away from your home for 3 days
- If you need help evacuating, please call (780) 524-3343
- Stay tuned to local media and follow the directions of local authorities
- Community members of Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation should follow the direction of Chief and Council and their appointed emergency management team members
