Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The M.D of Greenview has issued a Wildfire Alert.

Wildfire Sturgeon Lake Complex is impacting residents in this area. All residents in this area remain under a mandatory evacuation.

Area: There is a mandatory Evacuation Order for everyone on Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, as well as everyone north of the nation and south of Township Road 722, between Range Road 225 and Range Road 233a.

Affected areas (3):

• Sturgeon Lake 154
• Greenview No. 16
• Sturgeon Lake 154A

Action to take:

• Everyone in this area should evacuate now
• Bring pets, important documents, medication and food, water and supplies to be away from your home for 3 days
• If you need help evacuating call 780-524-3345
• Stay tuned to local media and follow the directions of local authorities
• Community members of Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation should follow the direction of Chief and Council and their appointed emergency management team members
