This closely connected sibling group of 3 need a forever home they can call their own. A fun-loving and patient family who can embrace all 3 and engage in some individual time and attention with them would be ideal.
Elaine, born in 2017, is a caring, affectionate and gentle little girl who cares deeply for her younger siblings. Elaine does well with a consistent routine where she has the opportunity to enjoy her favourite activities which include being outdoors, playing with her siblings, indulging in her evolving interest in technology and playing video games. While somewhat quiet and reserved, Elaine is an engaging youngster who has a best friend from school but also loves making new friends. School is a pleasure for her, and she does well in a regular program where adjustments have been made to accommodate her learning style so she can achieve success with her academic goals.
Hunter, born in 2019, is an active, affectionate and friendly child who is very connected to his siblings, particularly his little sister. This curious, kind and caring little boy enjoys exploring the world around him, being outside, active play, construction toys, playing video games, and all things Paw Patrol! Hunter is most at ease in a well-structured, calm and predictable environment and responds especially well to a warm and caring approach. Ongoing monitoring and support of Hunter’s developmental needs will be important to his future success.
Sky, born in 2021, is a very gentle, sweet toddler who looks up to her older siblings. This kind, caring and loving little person enjoys fine motor play, playdough, painting, arts and crafts, puzzles and playing with others. Sky loves playing with her older siblings and is very aware of how special she is to them. She certainly knows how to use this to her advantage when negotiating access to the toys of most interest to her! In keeping with her age, these negotiations can get quite “spirited”! As she is still very young, her developmental needs have yet to be determined. A family prepared to monitor her progress and access any necessary resources as needs might emerge is essential.
Elaine, Hunter and Sky would do best in a 2-parent family with or without older children in the home. A family with a flexible but consistent parenting style would meet their needs nicely, as would a family with a sincere commitment to maintaining meaningful connections for these children with members of their extended family.
