As of July 31, 2026, all active and standing measles exposure advisories have been rescinded and archived. There have not been any new measles cases reported and there is currently no evidence of ongoing community transmission. Alberta's public health officials will continue to monitor measles activity and respond to any future cases.
North Zone

Public alert for Prairie Winds Water Park Closure
Individuals who visited the water park between July 25 through August 4, 2026, may have been exposed to Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC).
South Zone
