Edmonton’s Guy Smith, a long-time member of the Kinsmen Club of Edmonton, has a passion for service work and fundraising, has been helping his community for years!
Guys work promoting awareness of the Canadian Cancer Society’s annual Movember campaign is very hair raising.
Guy has also lent his leadership and organization’s talents to several local efforts, often teaming with his wife Gail to support the fundraising efforts of other service clubs.
A life-long volunteer, Guy’s contributions range from helping to bring meals to the city’s homeless to supporting the local arts. One of his greatest passions is volunteering in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada, where he serves on the local board and steps up to help with the organization’s fundraising casino and gala.
For his years of enthusiastic and compassionate service, Guy Smith is recognized with Northern Lights Volunteer honours.
