Introduction
Throughout the compensation process, parties are encouraged to discuss issues and potential resolutions with each other before going to the Tribunal for dispute resolution proceedings and hearings.

If parties are unable to reach an agreement, the Land and Property Rights Tribunal may hold a hearing to resolve the dispute.
Parties may request mediation with the Land and Property Rights Tribunal if they have an application filed with the Tribunal.
