The Alberta High-Speed Rail (HSR) Economic Analysis, released in 2008, consisted of 2 independent assessments:

an analysis of demand side user benefits as defined by Transport Canada economic evaluation
a supply side analysis of economic benefits designed to identify the community benefits in terms of long-term jobs, income and property value increases
