Global Snack Challenge winners announced

Thank you to all students who participated in the Global Snack Challenge! We were inspired by the creativity, storytelling and global perspectives reflected in the artwork submitted by students from across Alberta and Alberta‑accredited international schools.

About the contest

Kindergarten to Grade 12 students in Alberta and Alberta-accredited international schools were invited to celebrate global cultures through the universal language of food! Students from all over Alberta shared their snack and a personal memory or imagined story about it—then brought it to life with their artwork.

Prizes and recognition

Selected award recipients will be recognized for their outstanding submissions and awarded prizes in celebration of their creativity and artistic achievement. Stay tuned, your award is coming!
