Description: Alberta Emergency Alert. Brazeau County. EVACUATION ORDER.

There is an out of control wildfire. All residents in the area of Township Road 482 North to Township Road 494, and North Saskatchewan River West to Range Road 82 must evacuate immediately. This includes the entire Town of Drayton Valley. Evacuate via Highway 22 North to Highway 624. Follow 624 to Tomahawk. Follow 624 East towards Stony Plain.

Area: This alert is in effect for Brazeau County, from Township 482 to 494 and from the North Saskatchewan River west to Range Road 82. Including the Town of Drayton Valley.

Action to take:

  • Evacuees are to evacuate to Edmonton and Register at the Expo Center located at 7515 118 Ave at Hall C
