Description: Alberta Emergency Alert. Brazeau County has expanded the Evacuation area.

Everyone from Township Road 480 North to Township Road 494, from Range Road 64 to Range Road 90 must evacuate now. Including everyone in Drayton Valley. Evacuate on Highway 22 North to Highway 624. Follow 624 to Tomahawk. Take 624 East towards Stony Plain.

• Brazeau County

Action to take:

• Evacuate to Edmonton
• Register at the Expo Center, at 7515 118 Ave at Hall C
• If you need help evacuating, call 780-542-7777
• Everyone from Range Road 90 to Range Road 110 between Township Road 480, north to Highway 621 must prepare for a possible evacuation
• Including Cynthia
• Be ready to leave in 30 minutes or less
• Follow Drayton Valley and Brazeau County social media for most up to date information.
