Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Brazeau County has issued a wildfire alert resulting in an evacuation order.
There is an out of control wildfire southeast of Drayton Valley. If you are in the area North of Township Road 482 and South of Highway 39, and West of Range Road 64 and East of the North Saskatchewan River, you must evacuate immediately. All residents within 2km of the evacuation zone must prepare to evacuate with 30 minutes notice.
Area: This alert is in effect for everyone southeast of Drayton Valley.

Action to take:
- Bring important documents, medication, food, water and supplies for at least 3 days
- Take pets with you
- A Reception Center is being established for evacuated residents at Drayton Valley Omniplex
