Update 4 May 2018 @ 1025: Emergency Alert is now cancelled
Update 4 May 2018 @ 0800: The Local State of Emergency was lifted at 0705 today. The remaining residents evacuated over the weekend with the exception of one are being allowed back to their homes along Flats Road at 0800 today. Flats Road manned Barricades remain in place.
