The Self-employment Program offers eligible Albertans who are looking to develop and start a new business with formal training, business plan development, one-to-one business counselling, coaching and guidance.

Participants must commit to participate in full-time training to start their business and remain connected to the labour market.

For complete eligibility requirements, read the Self-employment Program Guidelines
