Overview
Albertans shared feedback through stakeholder sessions and an online survey to identify opportunities that would increase investment and support economic growth in rural Alberta.
This feedback informed the development of a draft Economic Development in Rural Alberta Plan. Targeted stakeholders were invited to meet with government to share additional input on key elements of the draft plan.
Discussions and feedback collected will ensure rural communities have a plan that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of economic development in rural Alberta.
