As part of our review of Alberta’s road test system, we want to hear your feedback on wait times, customer service and any other ideas to improve the system.

In March 2019, Alberta's road test system was changed to a centralized booking platform and driver examiners employed by government. The system is experiencing significant delays for road tests.

Your feedback will be used to identify ways to reduce wait times and improve service delivery.

Stakeholder engagement

We will also be meeting with key industry stakeholders, including registry agents, driver examiners and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, to discuss ways to improve wait time and service delivery over the long-term.


Feedback gathered will be used to develop a broad range of options to improve service delivery and enhance the road testing system.
